We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

Idalie is a wonderful host. She is very pleasant, friendly, accommodating and arranges our arrival without major problems. Everything was seamless. The place is a dream. Everything was there. We felt at home. We immediately realized that Idalie is a family person. Everything was right: baby chair, baby bath and changing table. The pool in the garden is excellent. We had a lot of fun and a great time. We highly recommend it!

Very good stay at Sarah and Claude's. The accommodation is perfect, charming, quiet, spacious... The private spa was amazing, a beautiful place. Sarah and Claude are also good tips on things to do in the area. I highly recommend their cottages! Thanks again and good luck 😊

300 m from the via rhona (bike) in a quiet cornfield. Small studio tastefully renovated. You can put the bikes in their garage. Very discreet hosts. Don't forget to buy a brioche saint genix (town 5 km away)

William, thank you for using your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the area and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be gone. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

Small but nice:) Orphée and Benjamin are totally friendly and have a great yard where we could relax well in the large garden. It is all very natural and you should definitely pack your mosquito spray, but it is really beautiful and relaxing. The room has everything you need and it was no problem to live without a refrigerator or kitchen. The kitchen outside worked well for us and there is enough wood to make a fire in the evening :) In the area you can hike and visit various lakes and small villages, which usually have a really great selection of cakes! It was just perfect for us, thank you so much 💞

We had a great time with the family. Functional accommodation, very clean and well-equipped with a baby. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

Isabelle is a very responsive and welcoming host! I had a pleasant stay in the accommodation and she leaves you a small notebook with activities in the surroundings, access to transport to various restaurants. I recommend this rental 1000 times.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

Can’t beat the view and the location

Very nice apartment. Clean and well-equipped. 7th and top floor. It's not a problem if the elevator is not under maintenance. Ideal location in the city center. Decent parking space 300 m away. we recommend this rental that we really liked.
