Vacation rentals with a patio in Chillán

Highly recommended to stay at this accommodation, as described and it is very well furnished and clean.

Everything as advertised, Depto very comfortable, equipped, clean and the A/C was the best for the day. Only as a single observation, give more detail of the location of the parking lot as it is not well marked on the premises. Everything else, great place and the host cleared up all our questions. Thanks for everything.

Manuel is always attentive and willing, the apartment is pleasant. Simple, without luxuries but for the location and safe carport the best in value for money... There are options but I think I would return...

Very good place to stay, everything clean and tidy, it's just like the photos. The pool is great and the facilities are safe. The administrators were very friendly and concerned, my only recommendation is to change the batteries to the TV remote, apart from that it is a good place to stay, recommended 👍🏻

An excellent place to stay for a couple of days, with all the necessary amenities included, a spectacular view, everything impeccable and tidy, 100% a place I would definitely come back to!

The cabin is super comfortable for a large family or even 2 families. It is very well equipped, the gazebo is great and all the facilities. Lilian is super friendly and always available to assist us. We had a great time, the place is also very safe and close to places to shop.

We let you know with less than 48 hours that we needed to stay one night, but we would arrive around 10pm. Lorena responded very quickly and had no problem accepting us with the short notice. By when we arrived it even had us the stove turned on inside the cabin. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay

We had an amazing weekend with my family. The cabin was beautiful, very well furnished, tidy and clean. The high temperatures were not a problem as it has air and fans in much of the house, as well as the pool. Beautiful, quiet and safe environment. Communication with Lissette was always very easy and fast, her kindness and goodwill in response to every request made is also appreciated. I'd be happy to come back in winter to be in the snow season!!!

Our kids loved spending Easter in this peaceful and wooded environment. The cottage is very nice with a wood-burning stove for the evening. Everything we needed was there.

The place is just wonderful, very safe, private…Perfect to relax and replenish. Everything is top quality, I felt right at home(even better). Wonderful hosts, close and communicative. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation suggested by Paci was an excellent option to enjoy Las Trancas / Nevados de Chillán. The house is located in a very quiet area of Las Trancas, accessible by car from the main road. The house is surrounded by trees and has a large plot of land. The interior is perfect to feel at home. We were 2 families of 4 people and the space offered by the house is enough to feel comfortable. We really liked the main room and the terrace with a nice view of the mountains and the forest. Paci was very attentive during our stay. Communication with her was very fluid. 100% recommended!

Pablo's apartment is a great option for a family with children who want to spend a season skiing. It is very close to the ski resort and the condominium has a vehicle that takes you directly to the entrance to the slopes. We were lucky with the weather and sunny days with good snow conditions. We hope to be able to return and enjoy it again.

Very comfortable and well implemented place, the host responds quickly to questions and queries. I would recommend it and would return to the same place if I were to return to Chillán.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy. Hernán was kind and diligent, a very good host. The sector is quiet, easily accessible to downtown. Nice pool for these hot days.

Very good apartment hotel

Very conveniently located and very helpful for those of us who go in the summer and spend the whole day in the bike park. Arrive, have a barbecue on the terrace. I would try to fix the cables and some plugs that are not working, otherwise everything is perfect.

Great place to stay. Flew in from the US to go snowboarding at Nevados de Chillán. There was a shuttle that took us to and from the mountain. The ski lifts were a short 5 minute walk from the apartments even without the shuttle. Host was great and was easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

100% recommended, the apartment is superbly furnished, Manuel was always available and is extremely helpful. Direct access to the apartment by car , located directly on the slopes. We were there with two small children and it was perfect for that. Right next to the house, the children can play in the snow or ride sleds.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Communication with Erika was easy from the start. If you want an accommodation at the foot of the bike park/ski center, this apartment fully meets your needs. It's a little cold, I imagine turning on the heating will solve that problem.
