The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Probably the best option for staying in Santiago!! The apartment is impeccable, with a surprising view of the mountain range, it is spacious, extremely safe and very well located (literally next to a subway station and on one of the main avenues of the neighborhood). In addition, Po Wen was very helpful from the first contact and always made everything he could for our stay, even before check-in. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often!

Everything was spectacular, they have a lot of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be calm. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: it is equipped with details designed for rest (such as a comfortable bed, good heating and a full kitchen), and the natural environment makes every moment special. Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
