This is a 45m2 one-bedroom apartment, with a glassed-in balcony overlooking the garden square with spectacular port and sea views. Fully air-conditioned, equipped with a fully functional kitchen and en-suite bathroom with a three-headed rain shower. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, with two sleeping on a very comfortable 160x 200 sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 top quality bed.
