非常棒的体验。古朴的泰柚房子，让人仿佛置身于70年代的泰国，打开窗户就能闻到稻田里的稻香味。白天有美丽的稻田风光，晚上可以听着稻田里的虫鸣，真滴太美好了！房东是个热情的人，曾经做过国王的贴身侍卫，满屋子的国王相片，好让人感动！现在用业余时间攻读社会学博士，真的好厉害！房东名字叫kob（泰语：青蛙），号称青蛙博士，真的很有意思的一个人。

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Le logement est situé dans un superbe jardin, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût... fleurs, arbres sculptures. L'accès à la cuisine extérieure a été vraiment apprécié et la piscine, très rafraîchissante, nous a permis de relaxer durant l'après-midi. La petite "boutique" aménagée a aussi été très utile et les prix raisonnables, pratiquement au coûtant. Nok et Alastair ont été tout à fait sympathiques et chaleureux. Ils nous ont fait bien nous sentir dès notre arrivée. Les petits déjeuners de Nok valent franchement la peine, très copieux. Nous avons bien aimé cet endroit tranquille, un peu à l'écart de la ville.

We spent a very nice week at Ampika’s condo in Chiang Mai. Everything was exactly as described and there is even a nice garden area outside to enjoy during your stay. Her father looks over the building and is always available for anything you need on site. He is a real gem! We are looking forward to staying again next year, thanks again for everything 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Loved our stay here! It was the peaceful nature escape we were craving for New Years Eve. The breakfast included was such a nice touch! Philip and his wife Air were such lovely hosts, so friendly and always happy to answer questions or provide suggestions for where to go in the area! We will be coming back!

Its always such a pleasure to stay at the bed and terrace guesthouse. Beautiful balcony view, great location, comfy bed and really cool rooms. Loved all the plants in this one:)

Wunderschön ruhig gelegene Unterkunft im Grünen. Das Bett im Green Room war sehr bequem. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Frühstück zu bestellen, einige Räume haben sogar Outdoor-Küchen. Nok und Alastair waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war kein Problem nach Buchung schon im Voraus unser Gepäck dort zu lassen. Wäsche waschen war kein Problem. Etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, aber dafür wunderschön idyllisch. Ein Grab Car kostet ca. 240thb ins Zentrum, ca. 20min Fahrt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele lokale Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer Spaß haben will, kann in den nahe gelegenen Grand Canyon Wasserpark gehen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

El lugar muy bonito, limpio y muy amable la host ya que me equivoqué de fecha y sin ninguna pega me la cambio. Súper recomendado además la ubicación es perfecta si te gusta recorrer los markets de Chiang Mai

A lovely and peaceful stay. Al & Nok are very friendly and attentive, they even helped us when the battery died on our motorcycle! So kind!

Detailed instructions for check-in was very helpful in the description as I wasn't able to contact for support (arrived past midnight). Place was neat, fridge was useful, and AC was a lifesaver 🥹 laundry room was on the ground floor and there were detergents (need to pay). The place was compact yet had everything for my stay. You can hear the wind chimes when stepping out the front door as there's a big temple across the road. Very calming and peaceful 😌 I suppose there is no other place like this at this price. There are many restaurants, cafes, and massage shops within 10 walking distance.
