Family-friendly vacation rentals in Chiang Mai

My family & thoroughly enjoyed our stay Al & Nok. It is a peaceful oasis outside the city of Chiang Mai & just what we needed. We were able to enjoy some downtime at the property and felt at home. They made some good recommendations for things to do and places to eat and as we had our own car everything was easily accessible. Would come back & stay again! Thanks Al & Nok.

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay in Chiang Mai. The apartment played a very big part in that, being amidst all the buzz the beautiful city has to offer. The location was perfect, and the apartment was just as advertised. We loved it! Special mention to the security guards, they were very helpful and sweet. Would highly recommend.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

We loved our stay here, ample space and beautiful garden and great location. Will come back for sure

Very perfect homestay, fall asleep with the sound of birds at night, sleep with the sound of rain, very romantic and very comfortable.

Best host, perfect house for family, we had the best time there. And the location is perfect, quiet but close enough. Jiw is amazing person. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to. ❤️

I love this place . A lot of food stalls and minimarts Bed is great, air conditioning is perfect Water heat is work really amazing ( I love that toilet in middle of the room super quiet when use flushing) But there a lot of Little lizard and in morning there have a lot of noise at front of the house ( motorbike come to park, you can hear people talking due next to the place is dental clinic ) Tv (use for browsing) kinda slow but I didn’t use that much I hope to come back to this place anytime soon in future Thanks for such lovely time I had there Thanks for hosting response super quick ❤️🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Micky’s place. It was very clean, a lovely setting, and a great location that made us feel like we were living near everything without feeling touristy. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and makes you feel right at home.

The house was very nice, pleasant, the rooms were very large and clean, everything was in order. I recommend it 100% for a quiet stay.

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The house is quiet and private. Easy to get around. Clean and safe. The whole group feels like home. Very impressed. Thank you to the landlord for being very accommodating and helpful.

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Had a fantastic stay at Don's place. Beautiful front garden terrace, clean beds. everyone was so nice to us on our holiday. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Will be back.

You should know that there is almost no sun and the pool is in the shade. So after 4 days they moved us to Hill view villa where the sun shines all day long. The staff and specially Pen is amazing. You get to choose the breakfest everyday, house and pool are also cleaned everyday. It’s quite far from center city, but close by is lots of things to do and a great restaurant. Pen makes sure that you get to enjoy your holiday and you are happy. So I highly recommend Mae Rim Grace

Nick’s beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. The house is stocked with anything you will need and there are many toilets. The decking area looks over an incredibly beautiful view and is a great place to just look at the stars and the ridge lines of the incredible rolling mountains. There was also a BBQ with coals which we could’ve used, however we did not visit Makro beforehand so we just ate at a nice restaurant 4 mins drive away. I would recommend you to have your own means of transport to get here. The road up to the property is very steep and there aren’t many options for taxis. We had bikes which were perfect, and cars can get up and down the road too. Incredible place, great value, responsive host and a view you’ll never forget - couldn’t recommend more.
