Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Really lovely architectural design. You can tell that every aspect was made with intention and the aesthetic is really pleasing. The lighting is the best feature. In every room, the lighting is thought out, even in the garden bits, and the placement use of natural lighting is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge deal for my old back 😅 We loved the open air kitchen and dining space and really appreciated the cook, Aon, making some wonderful meals for us. It’s like a luxury camping experience, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities. Not much to do nearby so come prepared with books, games, and food (if you plan to prepare your own). Overall a great experience, would visit again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too spacious for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but it's much better in real life than in the photos. (I asked for an update, but I think they left it as it is, saying that there are cases where people are disappointed when they see the actual product) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but it was a very comfortable trip because you provided a pick-up and drop-off service even at a late hour.(Stay here without moving to another accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. I heard that the host, Rath, is renovating the house where his mother-in-law lived. I was even more grateful and used it with care, knowing that it was a precious space for the family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the first and second floors. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV and a living room space It's made up like this, All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to have long hair Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because you gave me a new product instead of a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, etc. for inquiries, and they answered very quickly, so I reflected various local information (restaurants, traffic conditions, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked services I was introduced to the private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good. Try it! If it's this much, they'll say that I'm from Rath's family! I proposed to my girlfriend here! That’s how I love this place. Step out of the balcony and a breathtaking view with mountains, rice fields and traditional Thai houses will greet you. The modern architecture of Floating Villa itself blends well into the surrounding landscape. The house is spacious and well-equipped - you get exactly what is seen in the photos. Last but not least, my thanks to the host Pran for her hospitality and helpfulness before and during my stay. I appreciate the attentiveness both with me and my proposal planner which made everything went smoothly.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Ming was easily accessible and prompt in responding, we had an amazing stay. The White Villa is an exceptional property and I will definitely recommend it for future travels to Chiang Mai. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. We once again wish to thank Sirapatson and the Air B&B team for everything they did to help us find an incredible out come for our holiday! The house is beautiful, the space is spacious and bright, the kitchen is also large and well equipped.In a quiet neighborhood, it is convenient to take a taxi and order takeout, and there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance.The Host is very easy to talk to, solves problems at any time, and responds in a timely manner!Arrive early for luggage storage.

What a beautiful stay this was, located in a quite remote and high up mountain area. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The drive up to the place is a stunning off-road drive through the jungle. However, be prepared for high transportation costs—around $120 USD per round trip—as only specific taxis can handle the difficult road. We ended up paying an additional $350 in USD just to get in and out of the resort. It’s best to stay put once you arrive. The food was great, though restaurant hours were limited (closing by 8 PM), which made it hard to eat after late excursions. Our room had a lovely view, but wasn’t fully sealed, so bugs were an issue at night. Overall, a wonderful experience for those seeking a quiet mountain escape—just plan ahead for logistics and be prepared for additional costs and timing getting in and out.

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Great place for a cozy time with S/O or families

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
