Vacation rentals with a pool in Chiang Mai

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai!” We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want a peaceful, authentic experience with all the modern comforts. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge deal for my old back 😅 We loved the open air kitchen and dining space and really appreciated the cook, Aon, making some wonderful meals for us. It’s like a luxury camping experience, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities. Not much to do nearby so come prepared with books, games, and food (if you plan to prepare your own). Overall a great experience, would visit again!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

There's nothing wrong with this place. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen, a pleasant bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is spacious enough for water play, and there are plenty of tubes. There is a convenience store right in front of you, and everything is cleaned neatly after you go out. I will definitely come back here next time.

John was a great host with a beautiful house, he provided a lot of recommendations for things to do around Chiang Mai, including a nice cafe where we had breakfast twice. He was always available when we needed and was interested in our holiday and making sure he could provide the best experience for us while at his home. Everything was clean and the photos didn’t do the house justice. House felt very safe and secure and it is in a central area so easy to navigate around. Would have stayed longer if we could.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The Host responded quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for temporary reasons.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a mosquito net, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I get the chance. Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

This was a absolutely wonderful journey to stay at this villas. We are a group of 26 people who stay in it. Joy and Jorry are really nice and helpful too! Hope to see you again next time in the next Chiang Mai Trip, thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.
