I stayed at Day Off House for three months, and it was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had. From the start, I felt like part of a family. The hosts, a kind mother and daughter, went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. When a flood hit Chiang Mai the day after I arrived, the host arranged a boat to get us out safely and organized an alternative hotel. Her care and quick thinking were incredible. The guesthouse is cozy, clean, and perfect for those seeking a sense of community. It’s more than just a place to stay. It’s a home where you feel connected to the hosts and other guests. Future guests, please treat the hosts with kindness. This is their home, not a hotel, and they do so much to make your stay special. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai, I can’t recommend Day Off House enough. It’s a place filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable memories.

Lovely place in a great location. Couldn't have been happier. The flat was as seen in the pictures. Pool amd gym were small but enough - hardly any other people were using them. The host also allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight - thats was so isedul as we were with a young child. Thank you for your hospitality, Fy.

Die Unterkunft war toll und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Alles Nötige erreicht man fußläufig von der Unterkunft - Supermärkte, Night Markets, Restaurants, die Altstadt. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Auch Kately war freundlich und hat mir bei Fragen zeitnah geantwortet.

I would highly recommend this place. Excellent location, no problems.

Easy to acess the room when we arrived. When staring at the large, white, round building from the road, the Airbnb is in the building to the left. Close to restaurants, and 711s. 5 mins to the massive Maya shopping plaza. 7 mins to old Chiang Mai and all the sights to see there. The suite was well equiped and looked like the pictures and matched the description. I would stay here again if I found myself in Chiang Mai again. Thanks

Unexpectedly clean, cozy, and beautiful! Wandee has great taste in decoration. It's a good choice for a big family. The only downside is that it's adjacent to the road, which can make it a bit noisy. Additionally, while the mosquito net looks nice, it limits its effectiveness in protecting against mosquitoes.

Henry’s place was such a hidden gem. I feel very lucky to have found it! I stayed during the weekend of the Loy Krathong festival, and the location was perfect—it’s very close to the local festival site and just a 20-30 minute drive from Chiang Mai city. If you’d like to experience a more authentic, local side of Chiang Mai, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s next to a temple, so in the morning, you can hear the sound of sweeping brooms. If you walk a little further, there’s a beautiful rice field to explore. There are also small local shops nearby where you can get meals, as well as vendors selling grilled fish and meat—it’s a very local experience. I even took a cooking class nearby, which was such a highlight of my trip. I also met some of the other guests during my stay, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. The host family is incredibly sweet and thoughtful—I can’t even put into words how much it felt like home.I will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

What an amazing place! We were lucky to be one of the first Airbnb guests to stay in this private one-bedroom unit that Aum and his family recently built. It is perfection! The room has a modern-rustic feel with some lovely design and personal touches. You still feel like you're staying on a farm, but in real comfort. The room has a large bed (firm, but this is typical for Thailand) with a very spacious bathroom. There is filtered water, tea, and coffee station set up in the room so you can brew a cup and sit on the outdoor patio. We woke up very early to explore the National Park and Aum's wife was very accommodating and made us a "to go" breakfast sandwich. It was deliiiicious, so I can only imagine how wonderful the full breakfast experience would be when you stay! The farm grounds are impressive. We spent some time walking around and I was so amazed by everything they are growing. We had a car so we had no issues going out into Fang for dinner, which was really fun and I highly recommend doing. In general, renting a car would be recommended if visiting this part of Thailand. It will give you freedom to explore the National Park, go into Fang for food, and see other parts that you won't see if you are without a vehicle. Many thanks to Aum and his family for opening their home to travelers so we get to experience their beautiful home and beautiful area of Thailand. Highly recommend this home!

A very homey peaceful beautiful place I wish I could’ve stayed much longer! A week wasn’t enough! Waking to the birds and lake and breeze was magnificent and memorable! And the fact that we could have a cook come and massage everyday was incredible! We had no problem getting transportation in and out of the center about 25 mins away. And returning “home” was marvelous as we were away from the noisy center! I’d stay again for sure!! Thank you!!

I had a great stay! Noey was a fantastic host very helpful during the booking process and answered all my questions clearly and promptly. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The condo was exactly as advertised and perfectly located in the vibrant heart of Nimman. Despite being near the airport, noise was never an issue, even for someone who's typically sensitive to sound while sleeping. I had concerns about bed firmness (knowing Asian preferences tend toward firmer mattresses), but Noey thoughtfully provided a mattress topper that made sleeping very comfortable. It's these personal touches that really set great hosts apart. The condo is well-maintained, and the weekly cleaning service during my stay was greatly appreciated. The building staff are also friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the lovely stay Noey, maybe see you next year! 😊

Really great value for money, there are many amenities, wifi works well, good for work, but for some reason my laptop wouldn't connect (never happened before) so just be mindful of that. Location is unbeatable! It was clean and the host was responsive, overall easy 5 stars!

Very well appointed room. I appreciate having bin liners for rubbish. Love that you could move the TV to watch from the table. Comfy bed and living. No issues with internet. Good communication with the host. The balcony had some damage which was solved with no issues. Thank you for the stay.

깸이 리뷰때문에 조금 걱정했는데 예상과는 다르게 아주아주 만족스러운 방이었어요. 마야몰도 올드쿼터도 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 방도 깔끔하고 전용 세탁기가 있는게 제일 좋았어요! 세제는 챙겨가셔야합니다. 강추강추
