An attached studio with a private entrance and garage is available to rent for an added fee (if not booked). The studio shares a wall with the main home—quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Surrounded by rolling hills and farmland.

This is a very nice upstairs apartment, with its own entrance in a beautiful country setting between St. Anthony and Rexburg The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen with appliances including washer and dryer, a bathroom and a main carpeted living area with a hide-a-bed sofa and fold away twin bed chair(or there is a queen blow-up mattress). There is also a pack a play available for an infant. The apartment can sleep 5 people. There is also a covered carport.
