We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We immediately felt comfortable, everything was as described. We were received and instructed in a very friendly manner. The setting is secluded and quiet, a place to relax. There's plenty of room in the house and outside. We will be happy to come back!

Emma is an excellent host, always responsive and extremely friendly. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Location is perfect. It’s a walkable distance into town, local restaurants and the bus stops are just outside to take you to Disneyland or to the train station into Paris. Would highly recommend

The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was invaluable for both parking by car or getting around by public transport. I recommend it for families because the children loved all the toys available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes' drive away.

Great house for visiting Disneyland. We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children. The house is 10mins drive to Disneyland, we used uber as it was cheaper than driving and parking. The house was clean, organised and the host was great at communicating. He always responded if we had any queries. Will definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay here. We had booked a Disney vacation and needed a place to stay before our Disney booking, and this was an ideal choice. Our family of six (four older children) comfortably fit in the space. Thank you for being very accommodating with a last minute booking!

The flat was beautiful!

We are a family of 4 and have just returned from a weeks trip. First of all Houss was a fantastic host, he responded quickly to all messages before we arrived and met us outside the development upon our arrival to show us where exactly the apartment was as well as the parking and general directions to the surroundings. the apartment was excellent, a perfecf layout and setup, great balcony space and views over the water and park. modern and inclusive of everything you'd need for a long vacation. the complex is modern, stylish and has a great appeal. location of the apartment was also perfect, a nice 20minute walk (probably less if you don't have kids!) from Disney and a few minutes walk from all of the bars and restaurants at Val d'Europe. the shopping centre offers a huge array of outlets if you are into shopping. lastly, great train links into Paris centre. around 40mins from Val d'europe and you are in the centre of Paris. highly recommend this property and its hosts 😀

Very nice place and very nice accommodation too and very quiet

The accommodation fully matched the pictures – it was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect for our stay, and just two stops away from Disneyland, which was very convenient. Thank you so much – we can only recommend it to everyone!

We all enjoyed our recent stay at David’s apartment!! Great location - really close walk to Disneyland and even faster if you get the local shuttle around the corner for EUR2.50 pp. Accommodation was as described and had all we need to also cater for our 2 year old. Sofa bed surprisingly comfy and shutters on windows handy to keep the room dark for a toddler’s nap! David was really responsive throughout the process and super friendly when we arrived and when we were leaving!

The location and price of this airbnb cannot be beat for its proximity to Disneyland Paris. We walked with our two kids each morning and it was very easy. They were also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Marielle was amazing and we had a great stay at her place! Spacious and clean - location is a little confusing for Uber drivers but we got the hang of instructing them pretty fast!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Michele's place! With young kids, this house is perfect! The environment is peaceful and pleasant and we were only a 15min drive from Provins. Also close to Paris, it's an address to keep!

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

nice house near disneyland

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend it.
