This room is above our gorgeous & *LIVELY* bar right next to the tram & train station so this will appeal to groups that aren't sensitive to noise and are coming in to Manchester for a late night out! The bar is usually fairly quiet Mon-Thurs with gig-goers before & after then Fri & Sat there are DJ's in-house until 2am. Sunday's are often a Balearic style chilled day disco from 4pm - 10pm. Shower & toilet are *SHARED* with one other room on your floor.

We have a main shared kitchen on the ground floor and a 2nd shared kitchen on the 1st floor so it's perfect for a self catering holiday. We have a large shared south facing lounge on the ground floor and a front garden to relax in on those warmer days.

Great walks,hiking, fishing, kayaking, clay pigeon shooting and white water rafting nearby. Lunch and evening meals also served daily.
