The place was amazing. So peaceful! Exactly what I needed. The Hot tub I love me a good hot tub and so spacious. I will purchase again and again if I have to! Thank you guys so much for a beautiful home!

The place is awesome. The area is gorgeous with Little River Canyon and DeSoto Falls close by. The place had everything we could need. So much was provided that we didn't even get a chance to use everything. My daughter loved the arcade table and pinball. There were a ton of board games available and even a horse shoe pit for for outdoor play. The beds were comfy. The hot tub felt wonderful. It was so quiet and peaceful. A much needed retreat.

Very private, clean, and peaceful. Responsive host provided easy to understand instructions. Would gladly stay here again.

Me and wife had a great time and enjoyed every moment. I wanna say an extra big thank you to the host for there worry and care of us. A bad storm roll through and they offered us a safe place to stay and welcomed use like family. Definitely will be coming back for my next stay. THANK YOU!!

It was a great place to stay, but they did not put linen on the let out couches they did not have linen close where we can get to. It was in the dryer. There was a stray dog on the premises. The Jets on the Jacuzzi didn’t work,the white fan was broken

We absolutely loved our little getaway to the Quails Nest! Beautiful cabin, peaceful, and we felt right at home. It actually made us want to build a place back home exactly like it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

I really enjoyed staying at the farmhouse. It was perfect for a getaway from the normal routine. The house was very clean and it provided lots of privacy and comfort. The host was very welcoming and the rules for checking in and out were easy to follow! I would definitely recommend!

If you’re lucky enough to stumble upon this place, don’t hesitate. Tucked away at the very top of the mountain, this little getaway feels like a secret slice of peace & beauty. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. You can see everything—rolling hills, distant valleys, endless sky. It’s the kind of view that makes you stop & just breathe it all in. The cabin itself was perfectly cozy, with the cutest bear-themed decor that gave it a warm, welcoming charm. Every little detail was thought through & it all added to the peaceful, secluded atmosphere we were craving. It was exactly what we needed: quiet, beautiful, & grounding. We left feeling rested & full of gratitude. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset.

This place was amazing. Had everything we needed and more! My little girl loved the outside area, the swing set, tree swing, games in the outdoor seating area, and the dock. We felt right at home and appreciated the recommendation last for food and the drive in! We could not have found a better place to stay!

Great stay! Cabin was easy to find and had plenty of signs up so you knew you were headed to the right place. Very clean and comfortable space! Bedroom included extra pillows and a box fan. A/c Units kept the place comfortable the whole weekend. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Not very far from towns and surrounding waterfalls are beautiful and not a far hike to view! There are other cabins in the area, but the woods separate them pretty well and kept it feeling very secluded and private. Would 100% stay again!

I had such a relaxing weekend here! There are several comfortable places to curl up with a book and even a writing table. Although there are State Parks nearby, I enjoyed walking the woods on the property. Be sure to check out the Farm at Windy Hill on Fridays to stock up on fresh, delicious vegetables to prepare in the well-stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this quiet, adorable cabin and hope to return again soon.

We had a great stay at Ed's place! The place was tidy and just as described. The loft ended up being the highlight of the stay for my kids. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. Ed was a wonderful host! He even had snacks and drinks waiting for us. He introduced himself and gave us local recommendations. Any questions I messaged were responded to quickly. We were in town for a wedding, so didn't get to do much locally, but plan to visit again! I highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect for our stay. The location was nice and peaceful and the house was exactly as described! We loved the setup with the master downstairs and the main living upstairs! And we met the sweetest little kitty that lived in the area, He spent the weekend hanging out on the porch! They stay was perfect, house was great, would def stay here again if we are in the area!

Beautiful place! My boys loved the loft bed! Fishing was good! It was everything my son wanted in a place to stay for his birthday!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bear creek. It is so peaceful and you feel like you're half your own little slice of nature complete with trails and waterfall:-)

The place was exactly as the pictures show. Perfect for a weekend get away. Just a nice place to go when you need a change of scenery without having to break the bank. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you guys for the weekend.

The Otter Box cabin was the perfect getaway! We were offered very early check-in to this immaculate cabin. We had absolutely everything we needed and some extras to include snacks and the best coffee. Sitting on the porch and watching the deer with a hot, fresh cup of coffee was a favorite. We were comfortable, and the setting is so peaceful. The host is friendly and very precise with directions. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

This is the first place we have stayed that we didn't have a single complaint. Everything went PERFECT. We loved kayaking, fishing, and just relaxing in the swinging chairs soaking in the peace and quiet. The hot tub made everything feel luxurious. All the neighbors were friendly and respectful. The cabin is small but the space is utilized perfectly with all the necessities for cooking or relaxing while you watch some TV. The bed was comfy, with the best pillows I've experienced on a trip (we pack our own but didn't need them). Little River Canyon is a must! We are already planning to come back and stay again!

Two moms and two boys had a great time at Marty's cabin! We explored the grounds and climbed rocks and built a fire and all that fun stuff!

My wife and I chose this cabin due to the fact that we were looking for a private getaway for our 8 year Anniversary. We had never stayed here before, but this met all the marks. The private gated entrance was a definite plus for us. This cabin was nestled in the woods near a few others down a private drive, but far enough away from the other cabins to have the privacy needed to enjoy the hottub out back in the evening and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. Everything was super clean and we were provided with everything we needed for our weekend stay. This cabin is 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Fort Payne, which offers plenty of places to shop, things to see and restaurants to eat at. It is only about 20 minutes from Mentone and roughly the same from Desoto Falls/Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Dawn was easy to communicate with and the Check In/Out instructions were easy to follow. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

We loved the peaceful area your cabin was in. The hot tub was nice to sit in during the evening and the front porch swing was beautiful in the morning.
