thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I also think the place looks better in real life than in the pictures!

사진과 동일하고 인테리어에 많이 신경쓰신 티가 나는 곳이었어요. 거실과 주방, 침실, 빔프로젝터룸이 각각 분리되어 있어서 일행들과 따로 또 같이 시간 보내기 좋습니다. 빔이 설치된 공간에 모두 모여 집중해서 영화를 볼 수 있어 특히 좋았습니다! 세탁기도 있어서 1박 이상 묵게 될 경우 아주 유용할 듯 해요. 다음에 수원에 오게 되면 또 이용하고 싶어요!

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Juyoung’s place in Seoul! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and super comfortable — everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was great, and the space felt just like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the accessible rooftop, which felt straight out of a K-drama! It was the perfect spot to chill, relax, and take in the city vibes. Juyoung was also a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

호스트님이 세심하게 신경써주시는 좋은 숙소입니다. 루프탑 공간도 너무 좋았어요.

정말오랜만에 각지역에 흩어져있는 친구들과 중간거점지 대전에서 만나 성심당부터 노포포장마차까지 밤세 재미있게보내고 푹쉴수있어 너무좋았습니다. 토요일도 근무하고 모이는일정이라 짐이많았는데 진심 짐한개도 안챙겨가도됬었음, 칫솔 치약부터 개인 샤워타올까지, 헤어드라이기도 2개나있구, 샴푸 린스폼클다 좋은것들로 구비해주시구 그냥사진이랑 완전똑같고 깨끗하고 향긋해서 너무좋았습니다. 방이2개로 나눠져있어 공간분리도좋고 버스정류장도 바로앞이고 나가면 바로 옆이 편의점이라 너무좋았어요. 준비해주신 라면한봉지도 다음날 해장으로 너무 잘먹었습니다. 진짜 센스나 감각모든부분에서 우수하신 호스트님이 아니실까싶어요, 너무감사합니다 ♡ 또놀러올께요~~

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons adorés la localisation bien desservie par les transports (bus/metro), avec différents commerces de proximités. Également, la maison est super bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le seul bémol serait les finitions de la maison qui laisse à désirer : moisissure sous la porte de la salle d’eau, de la poussières sous les lits au sol, un extérieur peu entretenu. Mais cela n’enlève rien au charme de la maison et tous les équipements restent fonctionnels et les fournitures propres (draps, serviette etc). Le service de COSE est incomparable. Il est excellent et a rendu notre séjour génial. Je recommande à 100% ce logement pour le rapport qualité/prix, l’espace de la maison, ses équipements et le service de COSE.

힐링하기에 좋은 숙소입니다 바로앞에 백사실 계곡이 있고 북악산 가벼운 등산도 할수있어서 좋았습니다

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

그리 크지 않은 공간을 알차고 센스있게 꾸며놓으셨더라구요. 침대도 너무 편안했고 많은 것들이 갖추어져 있어서 좋았어요! 특히, 롯백 성심당이랑 정말 가까워서 망고시루 구입하실 분들은 이 숙소 200% 추천입니다 :) 한가지 아쉬운 점(?)이라면 입실 전후로 안내 메시지가 너무 많이 와서 좀..부담스럽긴 했네요 ㅎㅎ

The place was exactly as described in the listing! The space was super spacious and clean. The hosts were also incredible and answered very quickly. They are super sweet and provided small souvenirs, along with some small snacks. The location is also very convenient as it is close to the subway, and in walkable distance to Hongdae. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to visit Seoul!

11개월아기랑 방문이라 걱정많이 했는데 불편하지 않게 아기침대랑 아기의자 준비해주셨어요. 깨끗했고 가격대비 너무 좋았어요. 친절하게 항상 답변주셨어요. 아기가 많이 인테리어 용품을 건드려서 최대한 치운다고 치웠는데 죄송하네요;; 남편도 만족해서 다음에 서울오게되면 또 여기 예약하자고 했어요~

Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

It is the most complete house I ever stayed! You basically just have to bring your clothing and check in. Lovely place with great location.

숙소는 아름다웠습니다. 모든 방과 침대 시트들은 청결했습니다. 식기, 타월 등 모든 것이 충분하고 고급스러웠습니다. 바베큐 불은 바로 고기를 구울 수 있도록 미리 작업을 해서 준비해 주셨습니다. 이렇게 준비 해 주시는 곳은 처음 경험합니다. 보통는 불이 고기를 구울 수 있는 상태가 되도록 연기를 마시면서 기다려야 했었는데 말이죠. 아침은 계란후라이, 빵 2종, 샐러드, 햄, 치즈 2종, 크림치즈, 바질페이스트, 잼, 커피등이었는데 왠만한 고급 호텔 수준이었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트이신 경선님께서 편하게 묵을 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 함께 갔던 일행들은 너무나 만족했습니다. 잘 지내고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

住宿体验感超级好，位于居民区晚上很安静，小猫也很可爱～房间就和照片上一摸一样，房东中文很好！！完全不用担心语言交流，人非常非常好，有问题都可以找他联系，希望今年圣诞老人可以实现你的愿望🛗

Le logement etait impeccable et l'hôte tres sympathique, toujours disponible et tres réactif pour nous conseiller ou nous aider. Les nuits ont été tres calmes et reposantes, et le logement est proche du métro (~10 minutes de marche). Le logement a un style traditionnel, donnant une atmosphère plutot mignonne.

had a comfortable stay during our trip! the host has a manual for all the instructions we’d need in the place which is really helpful. the place is also clean

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.

사진보다 그 이상의 평화롭고 뻥 뚫린 뷰가 좋았어요. 그리고 사장님 부부의 센스가 돋보이는 방, 바깥 뜰 인테리어가 굉장히 좋아요. 강화도 방문시 꼭 추천합니다~
