Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

♥️ Welcome to my charming studio, completely refurbished by my hands and with love, and rest in this calm and stylish space. 🏠 The accommodation is located at the gates of the city center and the wine route, ideally located close to all amenities. ✨ You will find free parking spaces in the nearby streets and a tram stop just a stone's throw away for quick and easy access to Dijon train station, the city of gastronomy and the city center in less than 10 minutes.

Cottage (paradise)

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

La Layotte

1 km from Nuits Saint Georges, House, classified 3 stars with a private garden where you can park your car. Located on the Route des Grands Crus, which is also a national road to travel through the climates of Burgundy at the foot of the vineyards of VOSNE ROMANEE in Beaune or Dijon. Close to the cellars and historical sites. 4 bikes are available for nice rides. Odile and Jean Paul will be happy to welcome you and guide you during your stay.

Located in a charming village in the Ouche Valley, crossed by the Ouche River and the Burgundy Canal, 10 km from Dijon and its Gastronomic City, the Museum of Fine Arts. And 10 km from the Dijon-Prenois circuit, close to the Côte des Vins de Bourgogne and many tourist attractions. Private studio for 2 people, independent with bathroom and kitchenette. Free enclosed courtyard parking. Calm and relaxation are the major assets of our studio.

Possibility of accommodating a child (convertible sofa).

Place Saint Bénigne – Gare Cottage

This 37 m2 place is special and close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 5-minute walk to the train station, 3 minutes to Place Darcy and the city center. View of Saint Bénigne Cathedral. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed to accommodate 4 people + table for 2/4 people that folds out.
