Vacation rentals with breakfast in Chennai

My family and me had great stay over there and the host was friendly and the place was neat and spotless, Was a pleasant experience and would suggest to my friends.

A very clean and quiet place. Hari is great as host. Food was awesome, home cooked. Clean room, high speed WiFi and spacious bathroom. Close to IT Corridor - OMR, hospital and the airport Will want to stay here during my next trip, thank you Mr. Hari for a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved every corner of the villla 😍.. The rooms were humongous with wonderful furniture and the washrooms are spotless. The pool is the highlight! it is in a beautiful corner of the villa and we had so much fun there. The helpers were really sweet, and the chef did an amazing job. Food was delicious and the quality was great. The host was extremely helpful, she made it a point to cater to all our needs and met us in person. The architecture was too beautiful. To explore the entire villa is really exciting!

The place is just awesome. Spacious and well equipped. It's distant from the main city, but not too far from Tambaram - the local hub. You'll get Uber at any time of the day. I had to checkout at 3 in the morning to catch a morning train and Uber was just a click away. Still the host was kind enough to offer me ride to the station in case I don't find Uber. The whole family is sweet and lovely. Would absolutely recommend! 10/10 Just like he says, it's HOME.

I genuinely had a good stay at Mr Kumaran’s place. It was honestly a gem of a place with a nice view. The neighbourhood was peaceful & quiet and you’re still able to find some tea stalls and shops nearby too. This place is quite close to Anna Nagar as well, approximately 15 mins bike ride. The room is cute. They even had colourful lights installed inside. I sought a local experience of Chennai for my backpacking trip & this place checked all the boxes and my expectations too. As for the host, Mr Kumaran, he’s extremely responsive at all times. Check in & check out process was smooth too. Highly recommended for tourists who seek a local experience at a homely place.

Prakasham by the Sea was a wonderful property. Large, clean, and open, it was better than described and expected, with some great architecture and beautiful interiors. The manager and caretakers were helpful and unobtrusive. The property is right in front of the beach with a gate leading right to the shore. The pool was quite large and clean. The rooms were large and comfortable and the property being pet-friendly was a bonus. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended.

This place is a little hidden gem in Chennai! Super glad i found it. If you want a nice peaceful place in the city stay here. Jaya, Ash, and Kaju are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and for a little extra dinner plates were fantastic! The rooftop view is beautiful. A/C works great and so did the wifi. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 7 families, booked the villa for a weekend get-together. We had a lovely experience right from the booking till the time we checked out. It was a very responsive host and accommodative to all our requests and concerns. Rooms - The villa was as in the photos shared by the host.Has 7 large bedrooms and every room had an extra bed.There were two entertainment rooms and lovely hallway, dining for 20 pax and a lovely lawn.Not to mention the clean and well kept swimming pool. Food- They have an in-house cook and we had pre-ordered the food. The food was served on time as per our requests. Food was delicious.There was no compromise on the quality/quantity. Santosh and the other in-house staff were very helpful and attended promptly to all our needs. We had as many 10 children who could enetrrtain themselves in the huge villa and the lawn. On the whole, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this property for a large group of 20-25 member

Honestly the pics dont justify how calm and comfortable the place is in reality. Easy to check in. Instructions all clear with good communication. Aunty was such a sweet person throughout the whole stay.❤️ Would definitely recommend for anyone long term or short term stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment i arrived the hosts made me feel so welcome. Their hospitality truly made me feel like a home away from home. The space was cozy and clean and exactly as described. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone - if you are looking for a place where you feel like family then this is the place for you..!!

The apartment was extremely spacious and airy. It was squeaky clean and the daily house keeping service was so efficient and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. The location was so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

The Airbnb was clean and well maintained. I stayed for a night and it was just as in the photos! Would like to book this place again the next time I’m in Chennai!

It's a great place to stay with all the amenities. Mr. Naresh was a very helpful, friendly and non-interfering host. The only point of recommendation is that general maintenance of the place could've been better. Apart from that, do consider this place for a peaceful, centrally-located stay.

Rajan Sir and Aunty are amazing care takers. Even well trained 5star hotel staff can't match the hospitality and personal connect. The room was clean. The surroundings are peaceful, quiet yet safer.

I used this place during a business trip because it was nearby. The apartment is very and the room has air conditioning and a fan ( both of which are needed in Chennai). The apartment is near lots of good restaurants and gyms. The house staff, Buddha, was very kind and would make breakfast upon request. He was able to check me in after a late flight as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This place is a beautiful and rather peaceful oasis in the heart of an important part of the city. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet is located close to all the happening areas. This is a true airbnb with bed and breakfast included - this is a rare thing in today’s airbnb where breakfast inclusion is not really a thing anymore. The quality of breakfast is also pretty good I must say. Overall must recommend 10/10, I look forward to staying at this location in the future!

Jayanthi Aunty’s home is truly a home away from home 🤗I was in Chennai for an event, and she welcomed me with such warmth and care. The room and amenities were just as described, the garden is beautiful, and the peaceful neighborhood made my stay even better. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and cared for. Aunty’s and Ash's guidance around the city was so helpful—and her sweet dog Kaju was the cherry on top! Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay Aunty and family. I’ll definitely be back soon! 🤗
