Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Great location and a wonderful house. We had a good time! We went as a group of 7 women. The house has a caretaker to address any needs or concerns which is good, but at the same time it felt like the caretaker's lingering presence and the presence of cameras particularly around the swimming pool area made it feel like there was limited privacy.

Prakasham by the Sea was a wonderful property. Large, clean, and open, it was better than described and expected, with some great architecture and beautiful interiors. The manager and caretakers were helpful and unobtrusive. The property is right in front of the beach with a gate leading right to the shore. The pool was quite large and clean. The rooms were large and comfortable and the property being pet-friendly was a bonus. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended.

Hello to the people who are seeing this property, I can guarantee you guys that this place is extraordinary. The place had a great view and is spacious. This place cannot be replaced with another stay…… on the whole it’s a total package. The host was always available through and the service was on point. You can take my word and book this place, if you want to experience the best view with your loved ones. An amazing place to visit!!!🤍

Great place. The caretaker was very helpful. We were family of 10 with 2 elders, the place was really comfortable. Recommended for family get together.

The property was secluded with a nice indoor pool. The whole place was well maintained and very spacious. Not too far from the city, its a good break in the ECR.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Chennai and had an amazing experience! The property was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality downtime. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area It’s a perfect place for a weekend getaway or a group retreat if you’re looking for privacy and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment while still being close to the city. Would definitely love to come back again!

Enjoyed my stay with my family @ this independent coastal property @ Fisherman Colony. I have given 5 ⭐️ as it is definitely worth for its price. Host was very responsive & kudos to caretaker for providing amazing local home cooked food. Sunrise and Moonrise View from the property was just Amazing.
