It is located within the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to renowned sites in the region: Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche reserve, the Futuroscope, the spa town of La Roche Posay, the medieval town of Chauvigny, the village of Angles-sur-Anglin, the Abbeys of Fontgombault and Saint-Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Gîte du Marronnier de Montrouge 10 min to Futuroscope

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Grisonniere's Gite

Welcome to the Grisonnière gîte, a farmhouse built in 1846, for a friendly stay. 5 min. from the A10 highway, 30 min. from Poitiers (42 km) and 50 minutes from Tours (72 km); Châtellerault is also well served by trains. The Futuroscope site is 20 minutes away. Within a 40 min. radius, you will find the Chauvigny bike path or the Thuré tree climbing course for example, as well as a dozen Terra Aventura courses.

Little flat, 30 m2, at the groundfloor of an old house, with terrace. The appartment has been completely renewed. Chenevelles is a village with a little grocery store, but you need a car. You are close (15 kms) to La Roche Posay, Chatellerault, Chauvigny, Futuroscope (30 minutes), Loire castles (Tours) at 1h drive. We live 10 kms away and will be pleased to give you some recommandations about the surroundings.
