"Le Grenier", studio de 22m² vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. An outdoor electrical outlet is available to recharge your vehicle (the property will ask you for an extra €15 upon arrival per stay to recharge your vehicle) 20 minutes from the Futuroscope site. We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
