Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, two person jacuzzi tub, extra basement suite w/bed+bathroom. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

Quiet Private Apartment Park Setting West Side

This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 minute drive. Close to BU/SUNY. A nice variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area. Check out the guidebook!

Barry's Bungalow is a newly renovated apartment and we’ve been hosting guests since March 2024. It’s conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in! The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Entire 2nd Floor with separate entrance. Comfortable and cozy ambiance for your comfort while you travel. This is a completely renovated studio apartment in the heart of the beautiful historic village of Greene, NY. This apartment is approximately 450 sq ft. Modern/farmhouse style.
