Vacation rentals with lake access in Chenango County

Jason did a great job communicating everything we needed to know. If we had a question he respnded quickly. The house was very clean. We rented in December so we could not take advantage of the lake but hope to be back in the summer. I would highly recommend this rental.

we had so much fun. there was always something to do she provides so many activities fishing poles, paddles boats , kayaks and bikes along with games. and when you just want to relax the lake is just so calming. you can have a great time with family and your dog or a quiet getaway just for the parents. I'd definitely recommend staying. Linda and her husband are so welcoming and helpful I will be coming back for a longer stay I didn't want to leave.

Absolutely loved this little home!!!! So clean! Very peaceful and secluded which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Peter was very friendly and accommodating, as well as flexible with checking in and out! Bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice too, good water pressure and nice hot water (shower is important to review haha). Weather wasn't perfect unfortunately but! we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thanks again, Peter! :)

The cabin offered a peaceful and tranquil stay for our family. The lake view was my favorite! The area is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home offers most of the amenities we needed, just missing a washer/dryer. The only recommendation I would add is to upgrade the bed pillows and cooking pans. The current pillows are very flat and uncomfortable, and some pans were a little rusty. Overall, our stay was wonderful! Sandy was very responsive and we greatly appreciate the hospitality.

My cousins and I had another wonderful stay at the cottage. We look forward to going again in August and the fall. It is a great place to unwind, relax, spend time with family, friends. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Patti and John are amazing hosts!!

Such a beautiful location! My boyfriend and i loved our stay at Matthew’s airbnb. The lake is stunning and we had a great day kayaking. Would definitely book again!

The house was perfect! Seems to be an all season location. Fantastic access to Hamilton and Colgate. Also great location for discovering restaurants and activities beyond Hamilton. Can’t wait to visit again!

Julia's cottage was an absolute charm! My Dad's dog and I took a few days away after the passing of my father. it was quaint and clean and as described. Julia supplied all the basics which made the trip that much easier. The weather was a bust but the hot tub was perfect rain or shine! There isn't much to do in the area at all, but we hit a few antique shops in Bainbridge and they were lovely. The place was clean and had exactly the vibe I was going for. Cold, rainy weather is perfect for the wood stove inside, I thouroughly enjoyed that, as well as watching the lake while drinking my coffee each morning. The Lake Gerry community is a bit run down and I do feel that because of this the cottage is a bit overpriced, but it was as a wonderful getaway to honor my father nonetheless. He would've loved it ❤️ and I got just what I needed. P. S. For those who are smell sensitive like me, the house did not smell terribly of fabric softener, detergents, or air fresheners! I was so grateful!
