Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

Pinkys place was a great place for us to relax after a long day of traveling. Her welcome online guest book is great and has all the information you need to know. Things we really liked were the huge TV in the living room, the provided coffee, nice new bathroom and having a fan available in the bedroom. The automatic blinds were really neat controlled by remote. The local Circle K was very easy to walk to of you needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful weekend using this properties, a homebase to experience Denali and the Chena Hot Springs area. The outdoor sauna was an added bonus, but the views were absolutely incredible and well worth the time to spend the weekend in Fairbanks.
