Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Excelentes instalaciones, el personal y el host súper amables pasamos unas increíbles vacaciones en familia, el complejo tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y disfrutar, sin lugar a dudas se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

El arribo independiente ayuda mucho, Manu super al pendiente para cualquier duda. El A/C en las habitaciones se agradece mucho. Esa hamaca super cómoda hasta desee comprar una. Para cocinar, los utensilios ayudan mucho y están cuidados. El patio de atrás muy lindo y lo disfrutó mucho mi perrita. Esa agua fría en el refrigerador se agradece mucho. Volvería a hospedarme en su casa, gracias por tus atenciones Manu!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, tuvimos días de relajación frente al mar, con el sonido de las olas, la casa tiene una magnífica ubicación y la decoración con palmeras de coco la convierten en un paraíso realmente acogedor, realmente disfrutamos el lugar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar con la familia. Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho, disfrutaron de la piscina y de la playa. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias!!!!!

The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

La casa estaba limpia y con las amenidades que se indican en la publicación. El lugar tiene una vista excepcional del mar. En general todo muy bien.

La casa es preciosa, tal y como se muestra en las fotos, la ubicación insuperable si lo que buscan es estar en el centro de Mérida. Vale mucho la pena hospedarse aquí, y Eduardo y Fabiola estuvieron 100% atentos a cada cosa. Definitivamente volvería.

Una casa muy bonita, espacios para todo momento, cocina y sala bien equipados al igual que los cuartos y baños, no se arrepentirán de pasar un fin de semana en este bello lugar.

Hicimos un viaje en familia extendida donde pudimos convivir todos ya que los espacios son muy adecuados para alojar 16 personas comodamente y los amenities de primera. El área de Tulumcito te permite resguardarte del viento y le da un toque muy comodo sin tener a restaurantes. El servicio de Victor y Concha (que se tienen que contratar aparte) fueron muy utiles y su ayuda a cocinar y mantener el orden fueron de gran ayuda. Asi mismo nos permitió hacer actividades en grupo de Padel y foot ball asi como kitear desde la comodicad de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, todos los que estuvimos en el viaje (desde 85 hasta 8 años), estuvimos de acuerdo que mucho del exito del viaje fue haber elegido el lugar correcto. Volveremos el proximo año. Gracias!

El mejor lugar al que pudimos llegar, una casa tradicional de Yucatán,la piscina hermosa rodeada de naturaleza,se podían ver a las iguanas caminando por la orilla de la barda,fue espectacular. A unos pasos estaba el mar y caminando unas calles está el malecón. Todo fue perfecto, la comunicación,el trato,la flexibilidad y la casa muy bonita. Cuando regrese a Progreso espero hospedarme de nuevo aquí.

We had wonderful time at Marcela’s place. The location was in the heart of old town. It was easy to get there with the help of host’s instructions. Marcela kindly replied to all our messages even if it was late in the night. Apartment is clean and cozy. There’s an amazing backyard with a small swimming pool and lots of plants. Happy to spend our first days in Mexico at Marcela’s corazon. Gracias

Un lugar muy apacible con todo para poder quedarse en casa. Tiene algunos lugares cercanos para visitar y el super del pueblo bastante práctico donde puedes encontrar casi todo. Lo que mas nos agrado es que María Elena piensa en las necesidades de diferentes edades y gustos de sus inquilinos, porque había diversión para todos En lo único que sufrimos un poco es que el agua de la alberca estaba fría. No se alcanzaba a calentar con el sol. Es un lugar muy recomendable para pasarla en familia.

We absolutely loved Marcia's place! It is a lovely apartment located on a beautiful and quiet beach, with loads to do in the surroundings : we loved the Mangrove park in Puerto Progreso, and the meteorite museum! The city itself has all that we needed (shops, restaurant, street food nearby) and is easily walkable. Marcia is a great host, and has always replied to us within minutes whenever we needed her.

Myr and Sam made this is such an amazing place to stay when visiting Merida. The location is amazing and the place itself is beautiful, comfortable and very accesible. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely delightful — beautifully arranged and full of charm. Everything felt thoughtfully placed, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The access to the beach is especially lovely, with a charming path surrounded by small plants that adds a sense of privacy when you’re at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!
