A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This home 20 minutes from the gates of Angers offers easy access to all sights and amenities. It is also conveniently located 35 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo. This accommodation has a mezzanine bedroom, closet, desk with access by a miller's ladder. On the ground floor toilet, vanity and shower. Kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, some kitchen accessories, TV with basic channels, Wi-Fi and sofa.

The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

Hi, We will welcome you to this cottage equipped for 4 adults for a quiet stay in the Angevin countryside. There is a terrace with garden for your leisure time. From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among the horses. La Sarthe is 1 km by foot. The house consists of a fitted kitchen; a living room with a sofa bed; a bedroom; a bathroom with separate toilets.
