Very nice apartment, 3 rooms, completely renovated, Design, Place de la Bascule. Located on the banks of the Loire, in a quiet area and a 7-minute walk to the old center. Quiet residence with secure access. Apartment on the 2nd floor, sleeps up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, an open equipped kitchen (with glass walls) on the SAM. Living room with a sofa and an armchair. Very spacious shower room with solid teak flooring. Private parking is available.
