We live in a villa with its own independent flat which we are letting for holidays. The flat has its own private terrace, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and American style kitchen area. We have a community pool, to which you will receive your own key on arrival. We are a 5 minute drive from Los Cristianos or if you don’t want to rent a car there is a good bus route. Chayofa is a very quiet area, with nearby supermarkets, gym, tennis courts and restaurants.

Very neat apartment. Very nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. Even though we only made our breakfast: in the kitchen everything is provided to be able to cook. Very quiet location. We did not use the swimming pool, but did see that it is nicely maintained, just like the stairwell and the communal floors. What you know in advance: the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We definitely recommend a rental car. Nearby, there is only a small shop for the highly necessary things, no restaurants or bar (unless the tennis bar). Los Cristianos 10mn drive. Always parking nearby.

Had a lovely stay here! Beautiful house with lots of space and all the necessities. The pool was very nice to have as it was warm and sunny. The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living room and kitchen. The host was super responsive and nice which is always a plus. The city center is only a 10min carride away so plenty of stuff to do while still staying at a private house with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!

Was a completely enjoyable stay, the whole house was so lovely and the pool and garden was a complete suntrap so just what you need on holiday! A gorgeous sea view from the garden. So clean and so modern. Location was perfect! Just a little bit out of the main town/beach but that’s exactly what we needed! A short 5 minute journey into the town if that’s what you wanted but if not you had a choice of a restaurants and local bars around. Shops are so close by also. The photos do not give this place the credit!! Will definitely be coming back. Host was so lovely and responsive, even when we locked ourselves out of the house, he came within 20 minutes and got us back in. Couldn’t fault anything about our stay and if we could put more stars we would. Cooking facilities were brilliant and the dart board was a beautiful touch to the evenings. Pool was so big and lovely, even was heated which made it even more enjoyable. We spent most of our days here as we couldn’t believe how lovely it was.

Rita welcomes you personally, sends you directions to easily find the accommodation even with a video, spectacular view from the large terrace (especially at sunset). Garden Lovers with pool near Sea

I know there's a tendency for everyone to give 5 star reviews for everything, but this place really is 5 stars. It is off the beaten track, meaning it's super quiet and relaxed. The gardens are truly magical fabulous for sunbathing, reading a book, plant photography, it's the most relaxing place I've been to. Everything really is as described. A huge private indoor space for rainy days (or if it's just a bit too hot) as well as a private covered courtyard for meals. The gardens really set it apart though: well maintained, huge variety, well planned and thought through. While I would recommend a car to get to/from and around, we didn't use it that much because we were so comfortable in the accomodation. We arrived late, and they had left a really nice welcome of food and wine so we didn't need to rush about finding something for dinner or breakfast. The hosts provided a large collection of recommendations of local amenities to try. The Mirador San Pedro (walking distance) is great!
