New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Arnaud is an excellent host, the apartment is in a very nice and quiet location. We will come back to enjoy the terrace!

We came as a family to Caroline's and particularly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is nice, shaded which allowed to stay cool despite the heatwave. Well equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher and lots of utensils. The house has lots of little personal touches that make you feel good and not in a standardized place. The heated pool was very nice, our kids loved it. Caroline was very friendly and welcoming, despite an unforeseen event that made us arrive with a lot of delay. She gave us a lot of recommendations (equestrian center nearby, parks and places to visit...), in short we were delighted and will be back with pleasure.

Excellent stay in the outbuilding of Anne's house, at the back of a beautiful garden with trees and flowers. We loved the quiet place but close to Chinon, Richelieu. A very good restaurant a 5-min walk away. Very good hosting by Anne and her husband, who also kindly advised us. The area is very beautiful, many visits possible, we also enjoyed being able to rest, eat in the garden, read or enjoy the pool. Thank you!

Mary has put so much love and thought into this residence. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the history lovers in us really enjoyed the historical items throughout the home. It was also fun for our little kids. Everything was super clean and fresh. And the private garden! You'll want to see for yourselves. We didn't get a chance to use the home cinema but honestly, you won't need it unless you're staying a good while. This place is magnificent and the surroundings wonderful for walking. It was a treat to stay here for one night (thank you again, Mary, for your flexibility concerning airbnb's error); I only wish we could have stayed a couple more days to properly experience everything Mary's place had to offer. We were thrilled to stay in this home and it is absolutely worth a detour. Mary was very kind and gave us great recommendations. She also left us a lovely welcome bottle, which was so thoughtful, and checked in with us the next day before we headed out.

Hi, We rented the house for 3 nights and it was great! It's super nice with the large living room - super well-equipped kitchen! The floor with all the rooms is super big, and towels for everyone is very nice! The exterior is large and the terrace is great!

Right in the middle of Richelieu city square. 5 mins away to Parc Richelieu. 45 mins to Futuroscope. Old apartment, beautiful and classic (if you are into modern stuff, this is not your cup of tea). Quiet, but few steps to boulangerie to get your breakfast.
