Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive to downtown Annecy, 15 min bus to the train station, 30 min walk to downtown, 30 min drive to skiing. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if necessary.

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.
