A 2-minute walk from the city center, 35 is a small house composed on the ground floor of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small exterior to have lunch on the terrace under the trellis or rest in the grass, a lounge area and an entrance with toilet. Upstairs you will have 2 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
