The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. We are located next to a gift shop, across the street from two restaurants and a diner and the public lakefront Park and new access point is also across the street and about a 3 minute walk to public fishing and more! The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
