Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. We offer our country house for rent in our wooded park, 2.5 hours from Paris. Surrounded by nature and crossed by the GR 4 Saint Jacques de Compostelle trail, our house offers you a quiet, family-friendly setting where you can rest or work. Tennis courts and swimming pools (open mid-May, unheated), many animals are present in the park (horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: From June to mid-September, reservations are only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
