We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

We welcome you to Spay in a completely renovated independent studio, ideally located in the quiet countryside, while being close to the city and all amenities. We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center.
