Charming little townhouse on a pedestrian street, completely renovated, in the small spa town of Chaudes Aigues The house is very comfortable, very well insulated, and furnished with quality objects. The house is on three levels with a large kitchen dining room, a bedroom under the roofs, a large bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub, and a TV lounge with a video projector (3 meter screen) and wood stove.

This detached house dates from the 19th century, it has been renovated but retains its character and the original layout of the rooms. It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden. Bedroom number 2 has a balcony and views of the Cantal Mountains. Our accommodation is located about 10 minutes from the village of Chaudes-Aigues where there are all types of shops as well as the spa and thermal bathing.
