the appartment was just as listed. Clean and comfortable with offroad private parking and public transport links. The area is really nice with nice lake and gardens close by with shops and restaurants. Guillaume was great with communication and the check in and out process was simple. highly recommend

The apartment is very functional, clean and you feel good right away "Good vibes". I was able to park every time right in front of the door of the building and the spaces are not rare. Very convenient. I would not hesitate to book again.

Patrick was an amazing host. He thought of everything for us. His property is in a great location. We walked from the station and Patrick sent us easy to follow directions. Sceaux is a lovely suburb of Paris. We were so pleased to meet him in person and thank him personally for allowing us to stay in his beautiful property. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Very fluid email exchange, strict respect for the expected services, the very new accommodation was very clean, the linen available was more than sufficient and all the hygiene products available as well as coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, make life easier in the spacious apartment. Some shops nearby and a parking space in the very convenient parking lot. Prices are reasonable compared to a hotel of the same standard. We would recommend it in a second. Kind regards, Serge

Perfect for a family trip to Paris. The accommodation is as described, the location 15 minutes from the metro is convenient for visiting Paris. A little plus the bar/restaurant Simone almost at the foot of the building which allows you to have a little quiet after a day in the capital. No complaints, if you're looking to come to Paris with a little peace and quiet, don't hesitate! Another little plus/very secure building!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities. Jean is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here again during our next visit.

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Really enjoyed the stay!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Very good host and responsive and supportive

A great house for our group of friends. We had a bedroom each and the dining room and outside area were spacious. The two showers and two toilets were ideal. It’s only short walk to the local train station and there are a few decent shops nearby. Merci à Taous!

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Small but functional apartment :) Comfortable beds and quiet location. Apartment remained cool despite the heat outside. Ahmed and his family are really nice and caring - very good communication throughout our stay. Thanks :)

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
