We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Very nice bright house tastefully renovated close to all amenities and a short walk to the river to stroll or run. A pleasant enclosed garden and parking for 2 vehicles are at your disposal. A garage is available if you want to put equipment or a 2-wheeler in it. Independent studio in very quiet area with access to the garden. Quick and easy access to the A10 highway, close to Futuroscope and Poitiers. On the edge of the GR655 (St. Jacques de Compostelle path). Bike tourists welcome, bike garage. No kitchen but a microwave, small fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, tea and coffee available in the studio.
