Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Il y a un jardin privatif clôturé au sud de la maison pour les animaux avec barbecue, table et parasol. Accès au grand jardin pour la balançoire. Le gite est situé au coeur de la région des lacs du Jura, à 200 m du port de la Saisse où la rivière d'Ain se jette dans le lac de Vouglans. Maison des anciennes forges des années 1900.

Apartment located in the city center of Clairvaux-les-Lacs. It consists of an open-plan kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Ideal for two adults (possibility of having a baby bed and high chair on request). It is equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker (Tassimo), kettle, toaster, washing machine, WiFi.
