Single-story house completely restored in 2023, quiet and peaceful. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

It is located within the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to renowned sites in the region: Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche reserve, the Futuroscope, the spa town of La Roche Posay, the medieval town of Chauvigny, the village of Angles-sur-Anglin, the Abbeys of Fontgombault and Saint-Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.

Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove.
