This place was a real favorite. The setting is beautiful with the view of the horses from the different windows. We were able to really relax because the environment is very quiet and the accommodation well arranged. My son was delighted to be able to play outside with other children on the property and enjoy the games available (soccer, basketball, ping pong, etc.). No complaints about the host either because she anticipates needs and remains present without being intrusive. It was perfect.

My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

Cool quiet place to stay just outside of rennes

We had a great time at Anne-Sophie's house. The house is warm and the outdoor setting was really peaceful and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

Antoine's accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well arranged and really pleasant to live in. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. Antoine was always caring, available and attentive throughout the stay. A great experience, I would highly recommend it.

Very beautiful house. Exceptional green setting with terrace. Very quiet even isolated (shops 10 min by car). We looked for the lockbox but ended up finding it. 😂 Anne was very good, concerned about our welcome and a lady on site asked us if everything was okay. I would recommend this place for those looking for calm and serenity 30 min from Rennes by car.

a lovely home with a well-maintained garden. there's really everything you need to have a good time. the beds are excellent. The bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for the elderly or those with reduced mobility. The staircase to go upstairs is a little rough... be careful with young children. Annick is charming even though I didn't get a chance to meet her... I only had them on the phone. She was very accommodating for check-in and checkout. the only downside is the linen which is not included and is extra I think that when you rent cottages, you have to include this service.

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Thanks to Anne for hosting us. The house was perfect for our weekend. Contemporary while retaining the charm of the old, we had a lovely time there, with the beautiful weather as a bonus!
