Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

It has a pleasant bright living room, a functional fully equipped kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed and another under the attic with 2 single beds to accommodate the youngest. On sunny days, you can enjoy a terrace with a balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs.

Here you can visit the "Refuge de l 'Arche" (animal park) Close to the river ,on the way to "la françette à vélo" ideal for walks. Easy parking and close to the city center Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.

The minimum rate for 2 people includes bed linen for the room as well as 2 hand towels. Attention, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked from 3 people.
