We were hosted very well, the instructions for finding the accommodation were clear and precise. The space was very clean. We enjoyed staying at Cedric's.

A peaceful night, a comfortable mattress and a very clean home. We were able to get in late independently thanks to the lockbox. Our 6-year-old daughter slept well on the sofa bed too. (Don't forget to bring your linens, shower gel, etc.)

We only stayed one night, it's very spacious and quiet. We were not able to enjoy the exteriors because we arrived late in autumn but it must be very pleasant in good season. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us find a forgotten item. A big thank you!

Charlottes place is a beautiful ly decorated and roomy appartment. The bedroom has a large amount of space yet feel cosy and relaxing. The apartment is located within a short walk to cheap parking, restaurants, chemists etc. Charlotte herself is a warm and friendly hostess. She is very proactive in communication and caring to make sure your stay is perfect.

Perfect and as described. Very quiet. Arrival without lockbox but the host arrived in 5 minutes when we notified him of our arrival nearby. Check-out with lockbox so whenever you want. Thank you.

Very nice apartment, as described and very convenient. The instructions given by Frédéric were very clear, the private parking available is a plus, but parking is also possible downstairs from the building in a public parking lot.

Jean Baptiste is really a great hotel that listens to my requests. The apartment is brand new and tastefully renovated in the middle of a peaceful haven surrounded by meadows where horses frolic. A bakery and convenience store are nearby in the next village.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which is really close to all the must-see places in Angers. The accommodation is very well-equipped, whether it is the essentials (2 coffee machines, shower gel, cutlery for eating, etc.) or more extraordinary with a balneo bathtub, sauna and overhead projector with removable screen in the bedroom. The parking space is an undeniable plus, the entrance is not very large but having an SUV it is quite possible. it is true that the street is noisy, as is also indicated in the description, but for us, by not going to bed too early, it didn't bother us. Good value for the money with the services and parking. Thanks
