I stayed at Kay’s apartment in Berlin for one month, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, whichever direction you walk, you’ll find yourself surrounded by some of Berlin’s most iconic neighborhoods, parks, and attractions. Great supermarkets are also just around the corner, making daily life super convenient. I was completing online school during my stay, and the apartment’s reliable WiFi and comfortable kitchen setup made it easy to work and stay productive. The bathroom is both spacious and stylish, and the apartment overall feels much larger than it appears in the photos. A major highlight is the theater room downstairs, hands down the Airbnb best setup I’ve seen for watching movies or gaming. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy throughout my stay. All in all, this apartment offers outstanding value and comfort. I’d absolutely recommend it as a five-star stay in Berlin.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was a pretty spacious apartment filled with very cool stuff in every corner. We at least laughed 5 times a day because of that. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has this cool lamp that makes the whole room pinkish. The neighbourhood it’s in has a lot of supermarkets and it’s close to a metro station and very close to a busstop! The only con was that the bathroom was a bit small, but we would still absolutely recommend it, it’s really worth it!

Wir haben uns in Peters Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an total nett und wir konnten Checkin und Checkout flexibel mit ihm abstimmen. Die Wohnung selber war wie beschrieben, super sauber und es standen Kaffee, Wasser, Saft zur Verfügung. Trotz der super Lage (wir konnten in Friedrichshain alles zu Fuß erreichen), liegt die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße und es war auch nachts total ruhig. Wir können Peters Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden bei unserem nächsten Berlinbesuch gerne wieder dort übernachten.

I had a wonderful stay with friends at this cozy flat. It’s a truly unique space with a lot of character. The location is excellent: just a short walk to a grocery store or the metro, and there are also a bunch of restaurants nearby, which made getting around very easy. I was a bit worried about the shower at first, since some older reviews mentioned the hot and cold water switching sometimes, but the owner had already fixed it, and there were no issues at all during our stay :) Vincent was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even shared local recommendations. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay. The location is wonderful with lots to do in the neighborhood. The flat was comfortable and I felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly and everything went smoothly. I would love to stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Stephan war immer sehr gut erreichbar und der Check-In lief problemlos. Das Appartment ist sehr schön gelegen und der Ausblick aus dem 5. Stock wundeschön. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alex ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Leute, die mittendrin sein wollen. Es sind zwar 4 lange Stockwerke zu Fuß, aber wenn man jung ist, schafft man das. Ansonsten ist es hellhörig, aber die Fenster isolieren gut. Alles da, was man braucht und die Betten sind suuuuper bequem!🙃

Excellent apartment. The apartment in reality looks even better than in the pictures. Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable beds, good energy, well-equipped kitchen. There is a balcony with a table and chairs facing Friedrichshain Park. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment and there are cafes and restaurants on the street. If you cross the park on foot in a few minutes you reach a nice neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location in terms of transportation. There is a tram stop on the street and you can get anywhere comfortably and in a short drive. Nick is charming and communicative. Highly recommend the apartment!

Ein gutes kleines Haus mit guter Verkehrsverbindung. Sabine ist sehr gut und nett, sie hat uns getroffen und mit allem geholfen. Ich kann dieses Haus empfehlen.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Johanna war äußerst nett und hat uns leichtes Gefühl gegeben, zu ihrer Familie dazu zu gehören. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum und die Unterkunft ist für Ausflüge in den Westen Berlins eine hervorragende Adresse. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung von Robert hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und von dort aus ganz entspannt mit der S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten bietet die Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Das obere Stockwerk ist ziemlich flach. Danke Robert für die angenehme Begrüßung und die Möglichkeit, dass wir in deiner Wohnung in Berlin bleiben durften.

Bella oldukça dost canlısı ve samimi bir ev sahibi. Lokal önerileri sayesinde birçok farklı yer keşfettim ve gerçek bir Berlin deneyimi yaşadım. Evin kendine has bir dokusu var. Kesin tavsiye 🩷 Ayrıca Loti de çok tatlı :)

Besonders hervorzuheben: Super ausgestattete Küche, alles was das Herz begehrt. Ansonsten super Kommunikation, alles top.

Ruhiger Ort mit sehr guter Anbindung. Das Zimmer war ruhig , sauber und gemütlich mit allem was man braucht . Ricarda ist freundlich und man kann sie alles fragen wenn man eine andere Ankunft braucht . Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der ein wenig im grünen und doch super erreichbar an Berlin sein möchte.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich hochwertig. Viele tolle Einzelheiten. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Klasse Kaffeemaschine. Toller Fernseher . Es müssen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Haus und außen rum sicherlich noch etwas mehr erledigt werden. Da wir uns aber nur abends im Haus aufgehalten haben, hat das wenig gestört. Preis/ Leistung passte. Vielen Dank

Loved the apartment! Central yet quiet since the windows are towards the backyard. But bright and open, because it’s on the fourth floor - and has a lovely balcony. Fresh and tidy yet very personal. Spacious yet cozy and intimate. And Snowy is an absolutely wonderful host! As I told her: there are not enough stars to give!

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Karsten is a friendly host. The airbnb was close to tram station and made it easy to travel to city center. The area was nice with many bars and restaurants. The apartment and the room he rents out was clean. The check in and out was easy.

Ángela es una host maravillosa ! Durante mi estadía fue una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria. La habitación es cómoda, tal como se describe y alrededor hay buenos y económicos restaurantes. En cuanto a la ubicación, queda un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero el transporte está muy cerca del Air bnb. Volvería a quedarme con Ángela 😊

Es war ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Alles vom Check in bis zum out hat alles hervorragend geklappt und war über aus freundlich, zuvorkommend und korrekt . Eine durchaus weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!
