One of 3 suites (see my profile to view other suites) within our family home, located on 4 tropical acres of land with magnificent views of the north and the neighboring island of Martinique. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

As you travel through the open kitchen into the indoor dining and living areas you will be freely drawn to the 1,000 ft2 (93 m2) covered veranda, transitioning through the 24 ft (7.5 m) expansive opening. The Caribbean Sea beckons you to the private infinity pool cascading in three directions, inviting you to sit on the underwater seats for your morning coffee or evening drinks.

On the Vigie Peninsula-walk to the beach where local restaurants serve tasty meals daily (visit Petra's Cafe open 6am to 8pm!!!), Seaside Taxi Service available. Visit historical sites. This small, cozy apartment is situated in Castries and is a 5 minutes drive from the GFL Charles airport. It is also a 3 minute walk to a local bakery, 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 7 minutes walk to the lovely white sand Vigie Beach. Easy access to public transportation and guests can also take a cool 10 minute walk to the city. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Airport pickups can be arranged.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.
