Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Charlotte center city

Enjoyed our last minute stay here. Pictures looked exactly the way the rental is, clear instructions foe for everything and great location with walkable restaurants. It is a loud and busy street but this was mentioned in the description so I already knew.

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. Beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds. Loved the soaker tub in master bedroom. Centrally located. Close to Southpark, NODA, South end, etc. If you’re looking for a place that’s situated in a area that will help you explore all Charlotte has to offer, this house will not disappoint!

Great place to stay. We were here for 2 weeks while our floors were refinished. Walkability to the heart of South End was a huge plus, and very easy driving access to all the major roads and highways in the area, while being tucked away in a suburby residential area that was generally quiet even on weekend evenings. The house was great too, loved the vaulted ceilings and lights. A+ pillows. EV charging was convenient. Host was also very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Oh, there was also an adorable and very friendly cat who stops by the yard frequently. Our kid had a great time. Really enjoyed our stay!

My family’s stay at the Sporty Lakeview Ranch was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home. The house is decorated beautifully and is very accommodating for a large family. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance needed to prepare large meals. A binder was provided with information on how to operate fireplace, grill, and fire pit. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked. The backyard was a family dream with an outdoor kitchen, beautiful fire pit, and a variety of games available for family fun. Our family’s favorite was playing pickle ball, baseball, basketball and eating s’mores by the fire pit. We hope to return next May.

This place was awesome and beautiful. I would stay at this place again. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

The house is spacious and overall excellent. The host is also very kind. However, there were two major issues. First, when using the shower in the master bathroom, water overflows and floods the bathroom. There seems to be a structural issue with the shower area and curtain. Because of this, even with frequent ventilation, there was a persistent moldy smell. It was very inconvenient every time we took a shower. Second, the house is located near a railway, so the sound of passing trains and their horns during the early morning hours was quite loud. Although the area is generally quiet, there was surprisingly a lot of noise from passing cars. Aside from these two issues, it is a truly wonderful place to stay.

This place was immaculate, beautiful just like the pictures! Host was very responsive and helpful. I recommend 2000%!! If you havent booked yet, do so now!! The amenities are out of this world with a Sauna and Steam Room, Rooftop lounge, with a beautiful view of the city 😍. A Cameroon and hot tub/heated pool on rooftop!

Great stay. The place is in a great location for walking around uptown. It was clean and welcoming - the only thing I would say is there is no coffee or seasoning or anything like that if you’re looking for a longer stay. But there are coffee shops and restaurants only a 5 min walk away! Would definitely stay again
