The perfect vacation home for you if you need a lot of space and want to be downtown! We are on the main street in town, two doors down from Hotel Earl and all the shops and restaurants in town! AND across the street from Lake Michigan! You can see her peeking through a few of our windows, you're that close! NEW IN '25: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, total of 2 beds. 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.
