One of the best stays i had! I appreciate Beth me Joe for making me feel like I’m staying at my well know friends place. Such a great energy and atmosphere amd they are amazing and caring people! I loved the fact that I’ve met their family and had a chance to spend some time with them and share the meal. What a great time! I do recommend this place to stay of you ever feel lonely or lost a bit - staying there will recharge you and shows you what is family

Catherine was the best host we’ve ever had and has the loveliest Airbnb we’ve EVER stayed in! Immaculate and beautifully decorated; comfortable bed and bedroom; tons of little extras for her guests throughout the house that only someone thoughtful, kind, and considerate would THINK of, much less offer; an incredible garden and greenhouse in her back yard that she loves and pampers; two sweet fur-babies who love people; and fabulous kitchen. We will come back OFTEN! We already miss it … and her! 💕

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was kind of curious as well scared to not mess up. Anyway, it was a positive experience. The host quickly responded to my inquiries. The house was located about 5 to 10 minutes to everything ( Beach/ restaurants). Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend to give it a try!

Had a great stay at this location in Charleston. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very walkable. The house is a charming old townhouse - well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all the tools we needed to cook. The host was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again!

I had an amazing experience at South Hampton Bed and Breakfast’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with live flowers, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect within walkable distance of restaurants, churches, brewery, and ax throwing.

We had a wonderful stay for our girls trip for the weekend. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so easy to contact. The place is very close to king street and was in a perfect location for all of our travel needs. It was clean and cozy. Great stay!

Loved our stay at The Nicholas~great location for our few days in Charleston. Walkable to King St, the market and waterfront. The B&B is charmingly historic in the best ways, yet thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever experienced. Morning breakfast was more than just a convenience, it was a delightful morning treat. Would definitely return to The Nicholas and recommend it to others. Thanks Alex and team!

Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

I can honestly say that Monica's place was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and charming Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Do not be put off by the fact that you are staying in the house with Monica and her family. Our stay felt as though we were guests in a cozy Bed & Breakfast, with all the benefits that has to offer. First, Monica was incredibly warm and welcoming, as were the rest of her family. Our room was even more wonderful than the pictures on the website, with an amazing bathroom, comfortable bed, a sitting area, and all the privacy we needed. She also sent us off at 5:45 in the morning for our return flight home with freshly made breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, fruit, and coffee and tea. Her home was within walking distance of a charming downtown with cute shops and restaurants. Our only regret was that we only stayed here one night! I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! It looked just like the pictures and we really loved the breakfast areas either coffee and sandwiches etc. we didn’t end up having time to utilize the pool and gym but they looked nice as well!

Overall, an incredible house that was beautifully decorated. The host, Elizabeth is very kind and loves to take care of her guests. We did have a little trouble locating the house, but it was also dark out. I do not ding our overall experience over this. I do believe the overall cost is a little pricey for what is received. Two of the rooms require sharing a bathroom, there are little to no amenities in the bedrooms, etc. This was one of the most beautiful homes my girlfriend and I have ever seen.

Monica, Eric, Jake, Campbell, and Moose were wonderful hosts. Truly treated us like old friends from the moment we arrived. Had fun cooking with Campbell and talking sports with Jake - both very hospitable and gracious hosts. Also enjoyed the wonderful farm fresh eggs each morning for our breakfast! During our stay we met other guests and had a great time just getting to know them. Spent time in the city, on Daniel Island, at Sullivan's Island Beach, and Kiawah Beach - all different but absolutely beautiful. This is the second time we've stayed in the Charleston area and we know we will be back - so much to do and so many gracious and fun people to meet. Eric even made us a 'to-go' breakfast since we needed to head to the airport for an early flight. We will definitely return to spend time with our new 'old' friends!

Fantastic place - friendly staff, easy access to the beach and restaurants. The natural light of the windows made the room a one of a kind experience.
