We have stayed at this cottage twice and we plan to return. The quality of the cottage (layout, cleanliness, ultra complete, super nice decor) and its location (nature, absolute calm) make it exceptional accommodation. Particularly pleasant stay, you feel at home at Ketty and Marcel's. The place is even more pleasant and charming than the listing lets you guess and the hosts are admirably thoughtful. Do it again.

The cottage was the perfect getaway and peaceful, beautiful space we dreamt it would be. The flower gardens were in impeccable and in peak bloom. The cottage was beautiful and serene inside and out. The interior felt like a homey museum that you could enjoy. The outside has many places to sit with your morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped including a great little pod espresso machine. Thank you Anne for sharing your beautiful space with us. We would love to stay again.

Pascal's house is a haven of peace, perfect for a successful family stay. Very well located and perfectly equipped, the decoration is neat, the bedding is of high quality. Special mention for the heated pool and the sumptuous English garden. What makes the stay particularly pleasant is the great availability and kindness of the owner Pascal, excellent advice and very attentive. We'll be happy to come back, thanks for everything!

A cottage of great beauty with technology (TV, internet, jacuzzi) and rusticity (fireplace, half-timbering, nature)! A peaceful and warm place. Available and very pleasant staff, from arrival to departure. This is a place we would recommend without hesitation, and to which we will be happy to return!

Very nice stay in Chassant! Patrick is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The house and garden are very nice and super well-equipped! We were able to enjoy the bikes too. I recommend it

The space was super comfortable in the middle of a lovely garden. Our dog spent most of her time next to the horses. The Spa is impeccable and perfectly equipped, as are the kitchen and the bathroom of the accommodation. I would recommend it 100% Thank you so much for the stay:)

The house is idyllic It s beautiful and peaceful and everything you want your home to be … the yard and garden are gorgeous and well kept. We ll definitely be back quiet soon.

What a gem! We really had a wonderful vacation (2 parents, 3 children from 2, 4, 6 and a small dog). The kids didn't get bored in the large garden for a moment, with trampoline, swings and lots of outdoor toys, and in the very extensive games room inside. As parents, we enjoyed the peace, the forest, the nice beds... in the one and a half weeks we were there we didn't feel the need to go anywhere (except the supermarket a 13-minute drive away), but there were plenty of options to do something if we wanted to. Elodie, the caretaker, was very helpful if anything came up. This cottage is extremely suitable for families whose children want to play and the parents love peace and quiet. In addition, the cottage is very complete and you can easily stay here comfortably for a long time. It was definitely worth the long trip for us and chances are we will come back again.

There are places where we instantly feel good. The Gite de l'O is one of these places. A simple house, carefully renovated and which has maintained its authenticity. An enchanting setting, with stunning views of the Grosley-sur-Risle Valley. The house is set in the tall grass, a simple mowed path allows children to freely explore the surroundings. In the evening, on the terrace, around the fire, we enjoy the last rays of sunshine, skewers of marshmallows grilled by hand. Thanks to Jean-Yves and Pascale for their warm hosting and flexibility. We'll be there again.

A superb stay in a quiet corner where you are immersed in nature. Caroline and Cyril are very available for hosting, which adds a little extra because it is increasingly rare to have human contacts during stays. The accommodation is new, very well equipped, we fully enjoy the place which is magical.

Nice place to meet with family, large enclosed outdoor space, our dog had a blast! The bowling green and swimming pool were appreciated as well as the many games for children left available inside the house. Flexibility of hosts for check-in and checkout times. Cons: no toilet on the ground floor.

This was an amazing stay! Tony was very proactive from the beginning with helpful information and recommendations. The house is nestled in the countryside and would be hard to find were it not for Tony's very clear instructions illustrated with pictures to make sure we found it easily. The location is breathtaking, even in March when spring hadn't quite fruits way there yet. I'd love to return to see the blooms and fruit trees ripening. The surroundings were straight out of a storybook. The interior matched that effect. Rooms held decor featuring bunnies and florals in a true French country style that reminded me of childhood and tales of Peter Rabbit. We frequently saw wild rabbits nibbling the grass outside our windows. It was magical for our children. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, even a play area with many toys, games and books. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and warm. There was heat & hot water. Highly recommend!

Laetitia was a Lovley host and made us feel very welcome from the start of our stay. The cottage was beautiful and well supplied with everything you could need for a family stay. Having the inside pool was amazing and we used it every day.. the gardens and outside spaces were perfect for family BBQs and outdoor fun. We visited the DDay beaches, Le Mans, a local chateau and all were within a 90min drive so it’s a great location to explore Normandy.

What a pearl on our journey. Caroline and Sarah are offering a well equipped house in an charming area of the Normandy. Stick to their recommendations and you get a wonderful glance at the region and you feel to get friends - they are lovely, arty people loving their site. We where impressed.

We had a lovely stay - a beautiful cottage! A pristine place, very clean and tidy. We loved walking into Le Sap for a pizza at a lovely restaurant. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this nature lodge. Everything was as described: the accommodation is clean, well-equipped, and the environment is ideal for countryside lovers. We really enjoyed the presence of horses, dogs and cats, as well as the calm of the place. Annabel is a very kind and caring host. Thank you again for your kind hospitality!
