Small peaceful haven with a friendly place under a "guinguette" barn overlooking a beautiful garden. Spend a week of relaxation and fun, accompanied by flea markets in the charming villages nearby. Electric car charging station available on the property (terms to be discussed in private)

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
