Nuestro establecimiento cuenta con una cocina totalmente equiada, un espacioso salón con sofá cama, amplio dormitorio y baño con todo lo necesario. Además, cuenta con una terraza exterior cerca de la piscina privada en la cuál puedes relajarte en una de sus tumbonas o incluso en la cama balinesa que esta posee.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops. We, the owners, do the reception, which is why we will receive you from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, ask us about availability and the extra charge that would apply

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Our villa is your home away from home!

The apartment is located in a typical Canarian house, which was extensively renovated and lovingly modernized according to plans by the architect Alexander Bernjus. The house is located in the trendy 'Charco de San Ginés'. In recent years, this neighborhood around the picturesque fishing port has developed into an attractive nightlife promenade, with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants.
