The apartment is on two floors. On the lower level is the living room and kitchen with large dining area. Both rooms have a sliding glass door to the heart of the house: the idyllic patio. On the upper level, there is a spacious bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace. On an intermediate level, there is also access to the private garden. Here you can sit all year round, in the mild climate of the Canary Islands, protected from the wind, rest from the excursions over the island, enjoy home-cooked food or end the evening with a glass of wine.

With the original layout of an 18th century finca, Las Pergolas was completely restored and enlarged by one of the most notorious artists of the island in the early 70s of the last century in the style that made the island famous. It has recently undergone significant renovations and adaptations aimed at modernizing it, although preserving its unique character. The large original villa has been divided into independent apartments, each with outdoor space for exclusive use.
