Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st floor, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! # Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.
