The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Superbe appartement tout équipé et rénové récemment. Il est situé dans le secteur très dynamique de Jean Macé. Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. This nice, warm, functional and well-appointed studio has been renovated in a trendy decorative spirit. A pleasant sleeping area, separated by a glass wall, overlooks the living room and kitchen. It is located in a very quiet backyard on the ground floor. Its ideal location in the center of Oullins, at the foot of amenities will seduce you. It is 150 m from Oullins train station, metro, bus lines serving Lyon and southwestern Lyon. By car, access to the A7 motorway is 5 minutes away.
